PLANNING APPLICATIONS

 

In most cases, changing or adding new signage to your site will require consultation with Development Control at your local authority. Your project manager will coordinate with the relevant planning officers and will ensure that your application is presented professionally and accurately in conjunction with planning guidelines.

 

The opinion of a planner on a new application can be supplied within 10 working days, but full approval of an application can take between 6 and 8 weeks, Once approved, the advertisement consent (signs) will be valid for 5 years.
